Kees Hoogeveen
Expanded from director/artist to camera coach, facilitator and (visual) partner, introduced and integrated a studio in Amsterdam which is fully equipped and unique.

Thomas Blekman 
Our passionate "professor" in (corporate) entrepreneurship and new generation-crack. In co-creation with clients he improved GE's work-out method and developed his own leadership model focused on entrepreneurial leadership.

Belia v/d Laan
Trans-mutated from trainer to executive facilitator/guide, (psychological) partner and female leader; unconventional practical and sharp.

Felix Walter
Our (special) partner/board-member, business-angel, ad-venturous entrepreneur, master of paradox and introduced/integrated many unique locations such as our 7 camping-sites, Pastoe Utrecht, HagenHorst, etc.

Herman Bouwhuis
Emerged into (executive) partner by using (commercial) negotiation as senior tool, facilitates MD/ED-projects, change-agents/provocateur and introduced experience, concepts and know-how. Focused on overview, seniority, strategic issues and board-results.

Peter Weterman
This alumni of "De Wijze Manager" (1995) program has grown into traffic controller, pragmatic  programme-manager and creatior of commercial concepts. Loves practical clients, action and complex adventurous as (logistic) partner.

Marc de Roy van Zuydewijn
Mutated from creative director/producer via media-trainer to coach/guide, (creative-) partner, event-specialist and (shadow-) host/chairman. Focused on interaction and human behaviour. Communication specialist and creative (ghost-) writer, text juggler. Don't shoot him, he's only the piano player!

Edmond Öfner
This famous adventurer (now (adventurous) partner) has been everywhere (Mount Everest, K2, North pole, South pole, deserts...) and by telling their (not his!) story he changed into trainer, wasp and effective lonely rider in sessions, events, programmes and coaching/guiding. Hard to handle and that's why we "love" him...

Mark Bouman
Our everlasting "partner/on his own" relationship with this conceptual bright "devil" has brought us facilitation, learning-attitudes, extensive MD-programmes on the way to his non-partner-partnership.

Dominique Nedee
Our extravagant (Flemish-) partner/board member with his brilliant modesty, his great locations (Corsendonk, de Linde and 5 other beautiful locations in Belgium), sharp observations and entrepreneurial strategic skills.

Erik Vermij
Extremely talented virile and handsome young dude with exquisite taste for female beauty. The Dutch answer to Quentin Tarantino combined with a unique Robert Redford meets Albert Einstein presentation. His skills and talents exceed the space for this short introduction... in fact... for this complete website. Modesty is his best quality though closely followed by his relentless ability to cope with the lesser-gifted among you.

Margreet Werumeus Buning
Skilled in leisure, recreational management in an international context she became responsible for the traffic-management of executive programmes, sessions and coaching/guiding. Precise, result-oriented and motivated and in charge of the Living Language traffic.


Edwin de Beukelaar
His enriched experiences in business-schools with global clients and in complex Executive Development have merged into seniority, overview and still creative flexibility. Founding partner, young at heart but changing into guide/coach and dominant co-creator... (and extremely proud of the above team!)
