One of our bravest example of client-contact is what happened with the international team of Océ: Mrs. Heidi Wismans, Anita de Groot and Norbert Staiger (Director) selected a number of institutes to help Océ with the International Leadership Development. Mr. Staiger is critical, sharp, honest and our first meeting was a leadership-experience.

Today we are an excellent team: direct, open, frank and therefore effective. Océ has selected De Beukelaar Groep for their Senior International leaders to create three main programmes worldwide. All three special, focused, tailored and state-of-the-art. With a strong connection to the top and active ‘participation' of the Board. We are extremely pleased with this great challenge. In designing these programmes Mr. Staiger also asked De Beukelaar Groep to support in ‘Out-of-the-box'-thinking on communication of Océ in the rapid changing world. We presented our concept to Mr. P. Creemers and will further introduce it to the United States, HR-meeting in Munich and to senior executives at Océ. Mr. Staiger has become one of our warmest and most innovative clients. We created a dedicated team of seniors (and young at heart) of De Beukelaar Groep and look forward to this challenge.
