| Novo Nordisk For the MT of Novo Nordisk we introduced female ‘power' Belia van der Laan to take over and change tone of voice/approach to make them more effective ("at the bottom of the lighthouse, there is always darkness"!). Because the CEO Søren Niegel (and his wife) learned Dutch at our Living Languages we are even prouder at the results. One of the team-members Frederike Boeren has emerged to coach of the founding partner of De Beukelaar Groep and thus created an example in growing/learning. |
