Roche-on the way up!

For the fast growing Pharmaceutical company Roche we created a number of original sessions:
- One week/5 days of 35 employees (daily) headed by Herman Bouwhuis (and supported by a number of other partners of De Beukelaar Groep) for the complete Roche-NL Staff on attitude, CRM-issues, consequences and creative strategy...
- Sessions in/around and after programmes on different locations and with different subjects (handling audiences, personal presence, business focus, etc.)
- We co-designed an Executive Development Path for talented (commercial) managers with organisational behavioural project(s).
- With the energetic change-team (supported by the MT) at Roche we created "Old and New" ("Een Klantgedreven Start") as a Kick Off of 2007. With 12 parallel sessions from CRM attitude, benchmarking till acting, leadership to get all the employees of Roche NL out-of-the-daily-box. A large scale event with the Roche-heroes, 16 partners, 4 clients and "The Making Of"- interviewing-team
