SDU: Beyond Change!

One of our most loyal (and critical!) clients is SDU, who went to an enormous change from governmental entity into a fresh customer-oriented innovative privately (ABN AMRO / Allianz) aimed company. The board asked De Beukelaar Groep to "surprise" them with an "out-of-the-box"-approach and new for us.

We designed and created a implementation journey (as follow-up / connected to the Bain & Co- consultancy-job) with multi-media-approaches, a scale-event on Christmas, talent-programmes and Business-plan guidance (mini-mini-MBA).
