For the GroepsRaad NS we hosted / facilitated their executive session in which (one of) our ‘biggest' supporter Aad Veenman (President Director NS) honestly, whole-hearted and warm ‘handed over' (leadership assimilations session) his experience, mistakes and learning points to his successor Bert Meerstadt.

In a open setting the complete GroepsRaad joined in with their own experiences, visions and ‘tips' for ‘on the way'.

This great attitude is unique in executive context: no blaming, no hiding, no search for ‘old' mistakes. Aimed at learning from  and with each other. We were proud to be part of it!
