Frederike Boeren- Berghuis: Her original career-start as a board member of Novo Nordisk (the Pharma-Company on diabetes from Denmark) has brought us in contact with her. In 5 years of Management Team-Sessions, coaching and guiding, co-designing international leadership programmes she discovered her ‘hidden' talent (sharpness and modesty combined). She joined De Beukelaar Groep with a special focus on (individual) coaching / guiding and dealing with (new) generations;

Patricia Gielis: She used to be connected as 2 clients (Rabo and ABN AMRO / Amstel Lease): so it is a long-term-relation (and yet be young and stay young at the same time is an understatement). Her background, sharp view and interest in "generation Einstein" are a contribution to the ‘older' team of De Beukelaar Groep.
The connection to Corsendonk College is essential in designing new Business School     Concepts for young executives. Patricia is experienced in ‘doing the HR-job' including implementation, systems and consequences. Lately she experienced the Egypt style of HR, Fortis-Style development and Project management (in real life).
