Strange new team members!

The ‘seniority' in de Beukelaar Groep-team is valuable and respected. On the other hand we might become ‘part of the problem' instead of ‘part of the solution'?

Therefore we need to urge ourselves to work with "strange new" team-members:

Kees Hoogeveen: grew from musician / camera-crack into facilitator / creative programme-designer (and camera-coach, large scale event-creator);

Thomas Blekman: partly connected to his tolerant and innovative (previous employer) ING. He became our youngest partner and an entrepreneurial (test-) wizard. Recently he also became teacher at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Carel Boers: once a sharp, critical client in executive ‘new style' leadership development at the Rabobank Group (reporting to the board), his honest ‘eccentric' approach linked him to De Beukelaar Groep as ‘free-spirit' partner;{}
