Measuring Effect (Results instead of Overhead!)

Due to our focus on effect / results our Group has re-inforced the measures on effect of (our) training / sessions / programmes. By using levels of evaluation (based on Kirk Patrick 1959 - 2005 San Francisco) and connecting these levels, ROI can be increased to ROE (Return on Energy).
