During the last energizing years of De Beukelaar Groep we wanted to stay ahead of "the" game - the context and our colleagues. Therefore we re-created our style, working forms and approaches. We also re-engineered our business, our services and our team.

We went on special development - sessions (strategy on the move / Italy; Effectiveness / Bergen aan Zee; leadership Break Through / Lausanne; Corporate Responsibility / Africa; Various professional courses; intervision etc.) to keep on practising (doing) what we share with our clients. Our team (in co-makership with our respected Board of Inspiration!) realised new business (a selection):
