Part of our learning (as teams individuals and groups) is the way we have grown. In an emerging way (building the bridge while walking over it / chaos theory) and guided / inspired by real entrepreneurs. In our team we are fortunate to meet:

• Dominique Nedee: (Son of) Belgiums well known banker / business-man and entrepreneur in leisure (Corsendonk, Retie, Turnhout, Ardennes), corporate responsibility, international projects (o.a. India) and our stake holder / member of the board of Inspiration of De Beukelaar Groep / Corsendonk College/
• Felix walter: Unbelievable business angels, charismatic and modest, adventurous and concentrated, young at heart and experienced. Our guide, wasp, helping hand and strategic light-tower.
• Thomas Blekman: Creator of intrascale (the first valid instrument to test entrepreneurial skills); designer of entrepreneurial workshops, sessions and and an example of courageous behaviour. (university teacher, RSM Erasmus university, partner of De Beukelaar Groep, ING-interim manager, living together with a German wife; just to name a few!)
• Ton van Leeuwen: Our "rock in the (financial) river", sold his accountancy firm and became the conscience / guide of our group and partners. The trustful help in strategy, financial decision-making and with big contracts. But also friendly, warm and sharp!
• Elco Haers: From stagiair into helping hand with the marketing of ‘our' campings he turned into a CFO / Marketing executive (a rare combination after having runned our HagenHorst, camping-site, language- institute). An example of change, flexibility and learning. Graving into senior controlling and information manager (of all parts of the group) and    inspired by his nestor Felix Walter.
• Arend Swart: Our senior financial Wizzard / accountant at Bouwer & Officier in The Hague. A helping hand in the dark, our traffic light and sometimes our gatekeeper.
• Jeroen Henneke (and his girlfriend Nicole Schmitz): A leisure / event-team with high educational background and attracted by the unique features / futures of events / campings / hotels / development. A rare combination in which their interests / life can nurture and change direction. Client orientated, friendly and commited.
• Erik Vermeij: A very interesting type: outgoing, extravert, small heart, extremely creative, mindblaring, extravagant, personal style...Great to work with, supportive and quick in video / traffic / design / events / sessions and creates initiatives, frameworks, ideas, video's, movies, support, technical know-how. With a longlasting and firm relationship in our team devoted to speed, success and... With Eric everything ends with... (you never know how!)
