NS / Pro Rail leadership Track III

We are proud and pleased that the new HR team Mrs. Sandra Garenstroom and Angelique Hollants has asked De Beukelaar Groep to design and create a ‘new style' "Leadership Development Traject" (LOT III) for experienced senior leaders at NS / Pro- Rail.

The multi- module programme with content frameworks and individual leadership-issues has changed (because of their experiences / input / flair) into a refreshing LOT with:

• - Change-concepts / framework;
• - real-life-issues;
• - practical implementation-subjects;
• - an open frame leadership journey (surprising on the move?);
• - intensive individual module;
• - organisational behaviour (including benchmarks outside the branche);
