• Development Days:

Based on the theoretical research, thesis, and experience of Thomas Blekman/Edwin de Beukelaar they created, used and implemented a number of development days-sessions with our clients.
The use on-the-spot-feedback by participants, peers, faculty and the use of a laptop per participant (included memory stick) are extremely effective (and brave!).
Feedback from clients end re-shaping this innovative way of assessing managers/leaders/professionals has merged into a successful element (in our MD-programmes or “stand-alone”).
