We were delighted to host/ facilitate the alumni-session of 120 Rabo-executives at Nijenrode.
To emphasise our “best-of” approach we joined professor Marcel Creemers (one of our appreciated partners) in his responsibility for this programme.
A combination of (personal) contact, coaching, communication, external speakers (Marc Lammers-innovative hockeycoach/prof. in Organisational Behaviour) and openness.
