In the unique open-frame approach for the senior leaders of Rabo-interim (Part II leadership as a next step after our two interim-programmes (see elsewhere)) one of the elements is a challenging journey designed by the participants! The Rabo has ‘bought’ a Polish bank and also recreation-projects/park included.

This group will go to Poland this year to “shadow” leaders and learn from the Polish approach. In the same time they learn from each other, the entrepreneurial approach with the recreation-park and they will be accompanied by Felix Walter (business-angel/private- investor), Carel Boers (Rabo-leadership Development/Creative thinker), 2 “fast”-MBA- Alumni (Jacques Broos and Ron van Schaik), Ad Löring (HR-Rabo-Interim, process-genius), Pierre van Hedel (Experienced Rabo-senior specialised in international connections/supporters) and Peter Weterman/Edwin de Beukelaar (partners from De Beukelaar Groep). Not just an international management-trip as used in traditional programmes! A severe intense real-life journey with straight-on feedback, cultural clashes and direct responsibility.
